Black History Walking Tour of Philadelphia

On Sunday, March 27, the Band of Boomers will be going on a Black History Walking Tour of Philadelphia. Learn about the history of Black Philadelphia while soaking in the fullest array of our nation's most important and historical monuments and sights. With a focus on the city's early history, Black Philadelphia Walking Tour will bring to light every detail of Philly's Black past. Hear about Black American’s role in the history of the nation's foundation. 

We will meet at the Independence Visitor Center @ 6th and Market at 2:00 pm. We suggest that all attendees make their way to The Bourse Food Court for lunch after church, and then we can walk over to the Visitors Center. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased HERE.
